Janice Shaffer, (nee Milam), age 76, of Brunswick, passed away on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at Hospice of Western Reserve.
She was born on March 26, 1944 in Saxon, West Virginia to the late Roy and Ora (nee Wilson) Milam.
Janice was a member of the Cleveland Baptist Church. She enjoyed knitting, spending time with her family and hosting holiday’s with her family, especially Christmas.
She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Donald; her dear children, Michael (Jeannie), Brian (Kyra) and Heather (David) Dietz; cherished grandchildren, Corban, Peyton, Makenna, Cameron, Conner, Christian, Jackson and Emma; brother, Larry, Kenneth (Mary) and nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends for Janice on Sunday, October 11, 2020 from 2-5 p.m. at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, Brunswick (1/2 mile south of Route 303). Friends will also be received on Monday, October 12th from 9:00 a.m. until time of funeral services at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Rev. Peter Folger will officiate. Everyone is asked to wear a covid mask. Burial will follow in Hope Memorial Gardens, Hinckley.
