JEAN MARIE GRABOWSKI
December 31, 1933 — August 22, 2018
Jean Marie Grabowski (nee Mikula), age 84, of Westfield Center, former longtime resident of Garfield Heights Ohio, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on August 22, 2018. She was born in Cleveland on December 31, 1933, to the late George and Anna (nee Kern) Mikula.
Jean was an avid reader and enjoyed opera music as well as Broadway shows.
Jean loved to travel with her husband Rich, which included many camping trips with their children. Her favorite destination was the beach in Florida.
She will be dearly missed by her loving husband Richard; sons, Richard (Suzan), Dan (Kathleen); daughter Joanna (Paul) Fedor; grandchildren, Rachael, Rick, Christopher, Tyler, Kaitlin, Corey, Casandra and Alec.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Joan Pawlowski.
Friends may join the family for Celebration of Life on Thursday, August 30, 2018, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road, Medina, OH 44256. A memorial service for Jean will be held at 11:30 AM at the Funeral Home. Inurnment will follow at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville, OH.
