Jeanette B. Polacek (nee Drapiewski) 89, of LaGrange passed away February 22, 2011 on her Birthday. Born in Cleveland, Ohio in 1922.
Jeanette married Anton Polacek and raised her daughter Nancy and son Wm. Scott. She enjoyed being a homemaker, going to play bingo, sewing and knitting.
Surviving are her daughter, Nancy (husband Terrence) Leahy, son, Wm. Scott, grandchildren; Jonathan (wife Michelle) Randolph, Joshua Polacek, Justin Polacek, great-grandchildren; Christina, Brittany, Katherine, Christopher, sister Theresa Drapiewski, brother Edward Davis.
Preceding her in death, her husband, parents, Ignatz and Katherine (nee Zola), siblings; Henry Drapiewski, Victoria Bush, Helen Hardy, Stella Kunzen, Eleanor Petrisin.
Family invites friends for visitation on Friday, February 25, 2011 from 6 to 8 PM and one hour prior to funeral services on Saturday, February 26, 2011, 11:30 at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road Medina, Ohio 44256. Fr. Ron Bryda officiating.
