JEFFREY ALAN "CHOPPER" ADKINS

Jeffrey Alan “Chopper” Adkins, 50, of Brunswick passed away on Friday, June 8, 2012 after a long illness. He was born September 21, 1961 in Cleveland to Earl Adkins and Rosemary Adkins (nee Kolesar).

Jeffrey was a crane operator at Valley City Steel for over 20 years. He enjoyed playing guitar, riding motorcycles, hunting and NASCAR, but most of all he loved spending time with his sons fishing and flying model airplanes.

Jeffrey is survived by his father Earl of Albuquerque, NM, mother Rosemary, loving children Jeffrey and David, sister Robin Adkins-Delgado of Albuquerque, NM, and nephew Christopher.

Friends may join the family for visitation on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road (1/2 mile South of Route 303), Brunswick. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with Fr. McNeil officiating. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Valley City.
