JEREMY LAWRENCE REID

Jeremy L. Reid, 23, of Medina, died on May 8, 2020, as a result of injuries sustained from a skateboarding accident. He was born July 9,1996, in Niagara Falls, NY, the son of Timothy and Michelle (Johnson) Reid. Jeremy graduated from Buckeye High School in 2014, where he played football. Jeremy played on multiple travel baseball teams growing up. He attended Cuyahoga Community College as a science major.

Jeremy loved music. He was a self-taught musician who played bass, drums and guitar. He also loved animals, sports, reading, and concerts. As an organ, eye, and tissue donor, the Reid family would like to acknowledge that Jeremy gave the most precious gift anyone could give; the gift to save the lives of others by being an organ donor.

Jeremy will be loved and missed by his parents Tim and Michelle of Medina; his sister Jessica (Reid) Edens, brother-in-law Jared Edens, and nephew Emmett Edens. He leaves his maternal grandparents, Joe and Rochelle LaPaglia, of Niagara Falls; and his paternal grandmother, Anne Reid, of Medina. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Jeremy's care has been entrusted to Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road, Medina, OH 44256. A celebration of Jeremy's life will take place for immediate family and close friends.
