JOHN BARBA

John Barba, age 86, of Strongsville, passed away on Friday, December 31, 2021. He was born on August 23, 1935 in Lorain, OH to the late Juan and Mary Barba.

John enjoyed serving as a chaplain and street preacher with a devout love and relationship with Jesus Christ. His greatest hope is that others would develop a love of Christ through his example.

He will be dearly missed by his beloved wife, Carolyn Barba (nee Dziedzic); his children, John Carl Barba (deceased), Tricia Fritz (Tim), Tonya Nanette Barba (Spencer), Carolina Ora Barba-Willis (Ross), Tony Mareo Barba (Cynthia), Joshalyn Nicole Barba, John, David, and Bridget; his grandchildren, Caleb Fritz, John Barba, Faith and Hope Fritz, Manny Fritz, Ethan Fritz, Chalina Willis, Natalia Willis, Anthony Barba, Evan Barba, Quinton Barba, Lincoln Barba, Esmeralda Barba; and his sister, Angie Dezort (deceased).

Friends may join the family for visitation on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Buckeye Christian Assembly, 3159 Columbia Rd., Medina, OH 44256, where John's funeral service will be held, Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Strongsville Cemetery, 13123 Pearl Rd., Strongsville, Ohio, 44149.

The Barba family has been entrusted John's arrangements to Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services,Brunswick.
