Johnnie Duncan, age 91, of Brunswick, passed away on Thursday, August 19, 2021. He was born on March 2, 1930, in Almo, KY, to the late John and Bonnie (née Dixon) Duncan.
He was an outdoorsman and loved to hunt, fish, and gardening.
Johnnie will be dearly missed by his children, Johnnie Wayne, Sr. (Connie), Everett (Elaine), Ronald (Bernadette), Deborah (Richard) Carter; grandchildren, Johnnie Wayne, Jr. (Loreen), Steven (Theresa), Michael, Patrick, Ryan, Renee (John), David, Albert, Nicole; eleven great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents Johnnie was proceeded in death by his loving wife of 70 years, Ivanell; brother, James Thomas Duncan; and sister, Jennette Walace.
Friends may join the family for visitation on Sunday, August 22, 2021, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, (1/2 mile south of Route 303) Brunswick, OH 44212. A Funeral Service will be held for Johnnie on Monday, August 23, at 9 AM (PLEASE NOTE TIME CHANGE). Interment will follow at Eastlawn Memory Gardens in Brunswick, OH.
