JON H. COOK

Jon H. Cook, 60, of Mantua, OH, passed away November 30, 2024. He was born October 30, 1964, in Cleveland, OH, to the late Donald and Betty Cook. 

He was raised in Bedford, OH, with his two sisters and brother. Jon became a carpenter, and met the love of his life, Corine Harrington, and his two oldest children. As their family grew with two more children, Jon immersed himself in his chosen craft of carpentry, often putting his skills to use for family and friends. He also enjoyed the outdoors, where he would fish, hunt, and mountain bike. Jon liked listening to country music, eating good food, and above all else, spending time with his loving family. 

Jon will be deeply missed by his wife, Corine Harrington-Cook; children, Devon & son-in-law, Kenny Lovejoy, Kyle (Erin Knopsnider), Alec (Dashaya) Harrington-Cook, and Abbe (Andrew Aichele) Harrington-Cook; grandchildren, Trinity Hughes and Elysia Hughes; his siblings, and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.  

He was preceded in death by his parents. 

Please join the family for a memorial service Sunday, December 8, 2024, 2:00 p.m., at the Hope Community Church, 3033 Middleton Rd, Hudson, OH 44236. A celebration of life will begin at the church after the service.
