Joseph Dmytriw Forbrizzio II, of Sharon Twp., OH passed away April 17, 2018. He was born August 7, 1979.
Joe was a 1997 Graduate of Highland High School and resided in the Northeast Ohio area his whole life. He earned the honor of Eagle Scout at age 15 and carried these values with him throughout his life. Joe attended Kent State University, but it was at Stark State he earned his EMT certification. Joe was an EMT first for Kent then for Youngstown. This eventually led to a job working at Akron Children’s Hospital, where he was employed for the last seven years.
Joe was an outstanding son, brother, uncle and friend. He loved traveling with friends in search of the next great barbecue. Joe was a diehard CLE and AKR fan, but his greatest joy was just being “Uncle Joey”.
Joe is survived by his beloved mother, Elizabeth (nee Peresta) Forbrizzio; sister Lesley; brother-in-law Rich; nieces, Madeline and Delaney; and nephew, Jack. He had a great extended family, and many friends.
Joe was preceded in death by his father Joseph Forbrizzio I; grandparents, Joseph & Maria Forbrizzio and William & Virginia Peresta; and Uncles, Tom Forbrizzio & George Lance.
Cremation has taken place and Joe will be buried with his father at Sharon Cemetery at a later date.
