JOSEPH PATRICK GARRIGAN

Joseph P. Garrigan, age 77, of Brunswick, passed away on Monday, October 8, 2018 at Southwest Hospice.
He was born on November 20, 1940 in Williamsburg, PA to Joseph and Anna (nee Baumle) Garrigan.
Proud graduate Alumni of 1959 from St. Bishop Neumann High School, in Philadelphia.
Joseph served in the US Army and was employed as a construction surveyor. He was a member of St. Ambrose Parish.
He forever missed his late wife, Joanne. Joseph enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren. Joe enjoyed his friends at Medina Eat-N-Park, and loved puzzles. He was a faithful St. Jude’s contributor.
He is survived by his loving children, Sharyn (Stephen) Niskala, Michelle Dostal (partner Robert Speicher), Scott (Melissa) Garrigan, Sean (Christie) Garrigan and Samantha (James) Klebowski; grandchildren, James, Cassandra, Nicholas, Joanna, Jaylin, Nick, Teddy, Jimmy and Tyler.
He was preceded in death by his Aunt and Uncle, Janette and Bernard Auer, who became his adoptive parents.
A Memorial Gathering for Joseph will be held from 5-7 PM with a service at 7 PM on Friday, October 12, 2018 at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road (1/2 mile south of Route 303), Brunswick, OH 44212. Joseph and Joanne will be inurned at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery will be at a later date.
