Joseph Kenesky Jr., 82 of Garrettsville, passed away on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at the VA Hospital in Cleveland. He was born December 11, 1931 in Coal Run, PA to
Joseph and Julia (Hruschak) Kenesky. He served honorably in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Joe always enjoyed the outdoors with his family, especially hunting and fishing with his grandson and brothers. During the later years of his life, Joe cherished the time spent with his family camping. He was a mechanic at Walt’s BP for many years.
He is survived by his son, Joseph (Mary) Kenesky; grandchildren, Jennifer (Bill) Evitts, Joseph and Megan and great-granddaughter, Emma. He was preceded in death by his son, Jeff; his brothers, Enoch, Theodore and Walter; and sisters, Ann, Alice, Jenny and Josephine.
A memorial mass will be held at St. Ambrose Church in Garrettsville, OH on Saturday, Oct. 11, 2014 at 12:00 PM.
