Juanita Mae Wrobel, age 74 of Brunswick, passed away on, February 10, 2016, in Raleigh, North Carolina, visiting her son. She was born on December 31, 1941 to Edward and Norma (nee Lee) Saddler. Juanita was raised by her mom and step father Nicholas Halkias.
She was a homemaker who was an avid reader, enjoyed sewing, crocheting, the beach, and loved spending time with her grand kids. Juanita loved to bake and cook and she really loved anything Disney!
She will be dearly missed by her husband of 54 years Frank; sons, David (Christina), Alan (Laura); daughter, Karren (Jeff) Becker; sisters-in-law, Suzanne (William) Porter, Carol Wrobel; brother, David (Jean) Saddler; sisters, Diane, Christina (Larry) Robb, Annetta Halkias, Joan (Tim); grandchildren, Kaely, Griffin, Gennavieve, Beverly, Sara, and Ashlee.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother; Edward.
Friends may join the family for Visitation on Friday February 19, 2016, from 4 PM to 8 PM at Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Rd. Brunswick, Ohio 44212. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday February 20, 2016, at 10 AM, also at Carlson Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Eastlawn Memory Gardens, Brunswick, Ohio.
The family would like to invite guests back to the funeral home for a luncheon following the burial.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Juanita to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
