Judith K. Gregg, age 71, of Hinckley, passed away on Friday, March 6, 2020 at Southwest General Hospice, Strongsville.
Judy was born on October 11, 1948 in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late Frank and Katherine Dalton.
She had received her bachelor’s degree in education from St. John College. Judy was employed as an elementary school teacher where she taught at North Royalton, Brunswick and Parma City Schools.
Judy was a devoted catholic where she was an active member of St. Colette Catholic Church, Brunswick. She was known as the “driving force in her family”, loved being a wife and mother. Judy was a wonderful cook and loved animals, especially dogs.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 50 years, Jack; cherished children, Christopher and Brian (Grace) Gregg; dear sister, Sharon (Richard) Lechner; and her two nieces, Amy (Stephen) Casey and Allison Lechner.
The family will receive friends for visitation for Judy on Thursday, March 12, 2020, from 4 PM until 7 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, Brunswick. A funeral mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday, March 13, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Colette Catholic Church, (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH), 330 W. 130th Street, Brunswick, Fr. William Krizner will officiate. Burial will take place at a later date at Holy Cross Cemetery, Cleveland.
