Junior Dale Barker, 67, of Windham, passed away on Tuesday, April 6, 2021. He was born March 17, 1954 in Ravenna to Junior Earl and Lillian (Williams) Barker.
He enjoyed Ohio sports, bowling, and camping. Junior was a former president of the Garrettsville Eagles Club and was known for giving back to the community.
Junior will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Gwen, with whom he was blessed to share 43 years of marriage; sons, Mark (Crystal) Barker and Timothy Barker; granddaughter, Sara Barker; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Junior will be dearly missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
The family welcomes friends for a Visitation on Friday, April 9, 2021, from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM, at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, OH 44231. Funeral Service will immediately follow at 5:00 PM. In honor of his love for Ohio sports, please wear your favorite Ohio team shirt or casual dress attire. Masks will be required, and social distancing guidelines will be implemented.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Junior's name to the Garrettsville Eagles Scholarship fund, 8149 Water St., Garrettsville, OH 44231.
