KAREN SUE MAYES-KRZEMINSKI

Karen Sue Mayes-Krzeminski, age 51, of Delaware, Ohio previously of Medina passed away on Friday, December 13, 2013 at her home. She was born on January 20, 1962 to Nancy and Edward Mayes.
Karen graduated from Highland High School and the University of Akron with an Associate Degree in Social Work. Karen worked in her field for the State of Arizona in Lake Havasu City for two years, at which time she moved back to Ohio.
She is survived by Robert Krzeminski, son; Anthony Griffith (Amanda) of Delaware, daughter; Aubrey Sears (Mike) of Worthington, grandchildren; Eli Sears and McKenzie Sears, her mother; Nancy Mayes of Montville Twp., her father; Edward Mayes of North Olmsted, sister; Cyndie McCabe of Wadsworth, brother; Steve (Marie) of Granger Twp. She is also survived by aunts and uncles, numerous nieces and nephews and great nephews and nieces. She also leaves behind her very special companion, her dog “TiAmo”.
Karen will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her, as well as those loved by her. She is no longer in pain and now resides in God’s holy presence, with Robert Williams and grandparents, who have all gone before her.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 from 4 to 8 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services 3477 Medina Road (corner of Rt. 18 & River Styx Rd) Medina, Ohio, and 1 hour prior to Funeral Service on Thursday, December 19, 2013 from 10 to 11 AM also at the funeral home. (Funeral Service following). Burial in Granger/Fairview Cemetery.
