Kathleen S. Perrin, Age 87, resident of Western Reserve Masonic Community, Medina passed away on Wednesday, May 14, 2014. She was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Anthony and Julia (nee Nalevanko) Simon.

Kathleen joined the Army Nurse Corps and graduated from St. Francis School of Nursing in Pennsylvania, Class of 1948. She was a dedicated RN for over 40 years with the VA Crile Hospital and St. Vincent Charity Hospital. She was married 62 years to Ronald Perrin until his death on May 10th, 2013.

Kathleen will be missed by her daughter Victoria; sons Donald (Julie), Douglas, Kenneth (Susan); grandchildren Nicoletta, Alyssa, Anthony, Alec; great-grandchild Bella, sister Antoinette Tolman; sister-in-law Janet Pettit; she was aunt and great aunt to many.

Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, brothers-in-law; Edwin Tolman and Charles Pettit.

Friends are invited to join the family for a Funeral Mass at 11 AM on Friday, May 23, 2014 at St. Columbkille Church, 6740 Broadview Road, Parma, Ohio 44134. (Please meet at the Church). Inurnment to follow at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman, Ohio. In lieu of flowers donations are directed to Ohio Masonic Home Foundation, 4931 Nettleton Road, Medina, Ohio 44256. Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road, (corner of River Styx and Rt. 18) Medina, OH 44256 were entrusted with arrangements
