: : : Photo: Obituary: Kathleen Peters (nee Sobiech) age 59, of Bath Twp., Akron, entered this world on December 17, 1952 and passed away Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at the Southwest Hospice in Strongsville. She was born in Cleveland to Theodore and Evelyn (nee Lasker) Sobiech. Kathleen and Jerry Peters were married for 40 years. She loved life and enjoyed her work as a Child Care professional and her family was her greatest love. Kathleen will be greatly missed by her loving husband, daughters; Kelly (Phil) Midea, Kimberly (Bud) Peters-Dungan, Kristen (Jack) Altiere, son; Garret (Jenny), her beloved 15 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. The family invites friends to join them for Visitation on Thursday, August 9, 2012 from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services 3477 Medina Rd. (corner of River Styx and Rt. 18) Medina, Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial with 1 hr. prior Visitation will be held at Holy Martyrs Church 3100 S. Weymouth Rd. Medina on Friday, August 10, 2012.PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH, for Visitation from 9 to 10 AM till the time of Mass at 10 AM. Fr. Stephen Dohner will officiate.
