KENNETH R. ACKERMAN JR.

Kenneth R. Ackerman, Jr., age 69, of Medina, passed away on July 12, 2019. He was born on February 19, 1950, in Chicago, IL to the late Kenneth and Ruth (nee Hans) Ackerman.
Kenneth was a devoted member of the Prince of Peace Evangelical Church. He played guitar in his Christian band, Inspiration. He was an avid singer and songwriter with his own record label, God’s Plan Music.
He will be dearly missed by his children, Kyle (Lauren), Tiffany Todd, Jayde (Rob) Taylor; brother, Richard (Rose); sister, Karen VanDevelde; grandchildren, Jack, Ava, Amelia, Scarlett, Trenton, Valentina, and RJ.
He was preceded in death by his children, Kenneth III and Kristin.
A Memorial Service will be held for Kenneth on Saturday, July 20, 2019, at 11:00 AM at Prince of Peace Evangelical Church 3355 Medina Rd., Medina, OH. Arrangements for Kenneth were entrusted to Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services 3477 Medina Rd., (corner of Rte 18 and River Stix) Medina, Ohio 44256
