KENNETH ROBERT ARMSTRONG

Kenneth Robert Armstrong, age 62, of Medina, passed away on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at the Cleveland Clinic Hospital after short illness. He was born on November 11, 1951 in Berea, Ohio to Robert and Charlotte (nee Ress) Armstrong.
Ken served in the Ohio National Guard. He was an Electrician and a proud member of I.B.E.W. Local #38. Ken and Donna (nee Thorne) were married in 1990.
He will be missed by his loving wife, sons; Jason (Kimberly) of Parma, and Eric of Cleveland, daughters; Andrea (Robert) Miller of Medina, Jennifer (Nathan) Kenney of Medina and Jennifer (Geoff) Armstrong-Weyburne of Lakewood, grandchildren; Jamison, Lucas, Nathan, Morgan, Jaidyn, Amelia, Makenna, Ruari, his brothers; Michael (Beverly) of Parma Hts., Kurt of Brunswick, sisters; Roberta Bednarski of N. Ridgeville, Jacqueline (Walter) Dearth of Wooster, Maureen (Robert) Besler of N. Carolina and many nieces and nephews.
Ken was preceded in death by his parents.
Friends may join the family for a Celebration of his life on Monday, July 28, 2014 from 5 to 7 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road, (corner of River Styx and Rt. 18) Medina, OH 44256. Memorial Service to follow at 7 PM.
In lieu of flowers donations are directed to Cleveland Clinic/Philanthropy: Taussig Cancer Institute, PO Box 931517 Cleveland, Ohio 44193.
