KENNETH R. BEATTY

Kenneth R. “Kenny” Beatty, 80, of Garrettsville, OH, formerly of Niles, OH, passed away peacefully in Ravenna, OH, Friday, June 21, 2024. He was born October 16, 1943, in Warren, OH, to the late William and Betty (nee Weaver) Beatty.  

He was a truck driver for many years before retiring. Kenny was a known tinkerer with lawn mowers and tractors and enjoyed watching NASCAR. 

Kenny will be deeply missed by his daughter, Kristi (Dominic) Mele; and sisters, Janice Leiter, Georgene Armstrong, and Brenda Loomis, as well as many extended family members and friends. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Nancy (nee Doss) Beatty, and sisters, Pamela Steinfurth and Connie Belknap.  

Per Kenny’s wishes he is to be cremated, services are private. Care for Kenny was entrusted to Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, OH, 44231.
