Lena “Paulette” Clawson (nee, White), 68, of Garrettsville, formerly of Windham, passed away on Monday, June 15, 2020, with her loving family at her side, after a battle with cancer. She was born November 10, 1951, in Charleston, West Virginia to Luther and Margie (Allen) White.
She was ALWAYS on the go. Spending time with her children at the orchards, picking whatever was in season, gardening, playing board games and chatting with everyone on the phone. Paulette loved getting pampered and having her nails done. She loved to color, play dice with her children, and beat them in a good game of pool. Paulette was stubborn, independent, and tough and a true fighter. If you see her Facebook page, it has many good recipes, that she loved to share.
Paulette will be deeply missed by her loving children, Lisa Churchill, David Carte, Angela (Kerry) Howard, Racheal (Scott) Frazee and Paula (Marc) Krysinski; grandchildren, Kelly, David, Page (Dan), Amanda, Alex, Antonio, Henry and Elliott; sisters Sharon Ramey and Brenda Meredith and previous husband Gene Frazee.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Gene Clawson in 2006 and her precious great granddaughter Angelina Churchill and sister Robin White.
Please join the family for a public visitation on Thursday, June18, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 19, 2020 at 11:00 AM also at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Windham Township Cemetery. Please note that social distancing guidelines will be followed.
