Leslie I. Slaman, DDS. 78 of Medina passed away peacefully with his family around him on Friday, May 13, 2011 at the Emeritus Inn in Medina.
Les enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating and breeding English Setters and Weimaraners.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years Patricia (nee Blackburn); children Andy (Kim), Anne (Kevin) Lynch, Wendy (Tom) Miller; brothers, George (Alice) and Allen (Esther); grandchildren, Bill, Megan, Dan, Lindsey, Lexi, Brittany, Joey and Zach.
Les was preceded in death by his parents Theodore A. and Frances (nee Ide) and sister Dorothy Roti.
Friends may call on Tuesday, May 17, 2011 from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon with a celebration of life following at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road (Corner of Route 18 & River Styx Road), Medina.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Hospice of Medina County, 797 N. Court Street Medina, Ohio 44256 and the Alzheimer’s Association, 1815 W. Market Street Suite 301 Akron, Ohio 44313.
