LINDA ANN DEAN

Linda A. Dean (nee Switalski) of Medina passed away unexpectedly on Monday, January 25, 2021. She was born on November 4, 1952 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Irene (Klimek) Switalksi.

She enjoyed crafting, traveling, weekly breakfast dates, and shopping. It was jokingly said that she single-handedly kept QVC in business. When all was said and done, Linda’s true joy came from her faith and family. Her holiday gatherings were filled with silly contests and costumes, festive décor, and games to include everyone. Whether for a Sunday dinner or special occasion, nobody ever left empty handed and Linda lived the saying “Together is a Wonderful Place to be”.

Linda will be dearly missed by her loving Ray, who she was blessed to share 46 years of marriage; devoted daughter Crystal Mullins (Ryan); precious grandchildren Marina (Jourdan) and Macey Mullins, Zachary Mollohan, and Calvin Speidel; dear brothers-in-law Morris and Mark Dean (Becky); cherished friend Joyce Robertson, who she considered a sister; beloved nieces, nephews, church family and so many more family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, and daughter, Stacey Ann.

The family will receive friends at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Rd., Medina on Thursday, February 4, 2021 from 5-8 p.m. Masks are required and social distancing protocols will apply. A funeral service for immediate family only, will be held Friday February 5th.
