Linda Heintz, age 75, of Medina, passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2017. She was born on November 20, 1942 to Lloyd and Marie (nee Luzius) Oppenlander.
Linda and her husband George E. Heintz shared 57 years of marriage. They loved spending time in Florida on the beach; she loved searching for shells, going to flea markets and thrift shops. She loved playing cards. Linda retired after 20 years as a school bus driver with Buckeye School Systems.
She is survived by her husband George; children, Sandra (Robert) Thomas, Russell (Cheryl) Heintz, Robert (Christina) Heintz, Rashel (Jeffrey) Wallo; grandchildren, Sean and Lindsey Wuebold, Jerry (Aimee) Obrecht, Kristen Heintz, Stephanie (Matthew) Martin, Caitlin Heintz, Taylor Heintz, Carter Heintz, Sawyer Heintz, Jackson Wallo and Brooklyn Wallo; great-grandchildren, Breanna, Collin, and Teigan; brother, David (Antoinette) Oppenlander; and sister-in-law, Toni Oppenlander.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Lloyd “Butch” (Patricia) Oppenlander and Terry Oppenlander.
Friends may join the family for visitation on Saturday, December 16, 2017 from 11 to 1 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road (1/4 mile south of Rt 303). Funeral Service to follow at 1 PM. Interment at Eastlawn Memory Gardens, Brunswick.
