LLOYD W. OPPENLANDER JR.

Lloyd Oppenlander passed away on August 28, 2013 surrounded by his family at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH He was born August 22, 1945 in Cleveland, Ohio to Lloyd Sr. and Marie (nee Luzius) Oppenlander.
He will be dearly missed by his sons; David (Tracey), Bob (Sandra), Michael (Katrina), daughters; Lee (Randy) Marie, Erika, Ann; brother, David (Toni); sister, Linda (George) Heintz; sister-in-law Toni; twenty-four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
He enjoyed camping, gardening, and yard work. He was an active member of Mt. Pleasant Methodist Church, and Bible Study Leader, he was also a member of the Steelworkers Union.
He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Patricia and brother, Terry.
Friends may join the family for Visitation on Monday September 2, 2013 from 2 to 4PM and 6 to 8PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services 1642 Pearl Road (1/2 mile south of Rt.303) Brunswick, OH. Also Visitation from 10 to 11AM with Funeral Service at 11AM on Tuesday September 3,2013 at Mt. Pleasant Methodist Church. (PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH). Burial to follow at Hope Memorial Gardens.
