LOUISE MARTHA LOWRIE

Louise Martha Lowrie (nee Schmidt), 78, of Medina, passed away on January 31, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 26, 1944, in Cleveland, Ohio to Theodore and Doris (nee Murphy) Schmidt.

She worked as a devoted homemaker most of her life. Louise loved to visit elderly shut-ins from her church. She was a volunteer member of her church no matter where she was living at the time.

Louise is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Clayton (Tom) Lowrie, two sisters and a brother. Her sisters Ruth Tennant (nee Schmidt) and husband Dave, Sally Mastrodonato (nee Schmidt) and husband Joe, and brother Theo Schmidt and significant other Denise Haley.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Theodore and Doris Schmidt and her sister-in-law Linda Schmidt.

Please join the family for a Memorial Visitation for Louise on Saturday, February 5, 2022 from 3pm until 5pm, a short memorial service following beginning at 5pm, at Carlson Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Rd (Corner of Rte 18 & River Styx Rd.), Medina, OH 44256. Facial coverings are requested. Please observe recommended social distancing guidelines.
