MARGARET MAE PILNY

Margaret Mae Pilny, 93, of Garrettsville, passed away peacefully on March 31, 2017. She was born on September 5, 1923 to Frank and Mary (Kalina) Gharky in Auburn Township, Ohio.
She farmed for many years on Taylor May Road in Bainbridge, Ohio. Margaret was a former member of Lord of Life Church.

Margaret is survived by her brothers, Sylvester Gharky of Ravenna and Bob (Virginia) Gharky of Garrettsville; nephews, Dale (Pat) Gharky, Eugene (Doris) Gharky, Kenneth (Regina) Marsh, Frank (Jocelyn) Gharky and John (Sandy) Nelson; nieces, Susan (Tony) Smosarski and Patricia (Bob) Reitz.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Otto and sister, Laurene.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 6, 2017 from 10 AM to 12 PM at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, Ohio. Services to follow at 12 PM at the funeral home with Dr. Michael E. Carlson officiating. Burial to be held at Shadyside Cemetery in Auburn.
