Service Details:Thursday, October 20, 2011 at 8:00 PM at the funeral home.Photo: Obituary:Marilyn Diane Juchum peacefully passed away October 17, 2011. Marilyn was born November 11, 1934 to Colonel Fredrick Winston and Irma Marie Harshfield in Oak Harbor, Ohio. She was the wonderful wife of John, beloved mother of Gregg (Meg) and Melanie (Mark) Davis, and beloved Nana to Noah, Jacob, Christian, Torie, Carl (Denise), and Mark (Erica). Marilyn was employed by United Airlines as a Group Desk Supervisor providing air travel for groups including the Browns and Indians. When Gregg and Melanie were born she retired to become the best mother in the world. Marilyn enjoyed her and Johns Friday movies and afterwards eating out at her favorite restaurants. She loved to travel going to England twice, Germany, France, and Switzerland. She is survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, and nephews David and Chris Harshfield. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother David, and in-laws Helen and Michael Juchum. Friends may join the family for visitation on Thursday, October 20, 2011 from 6:00-8:00 PM with a service following at 8:00 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road (½ mile South of Route 303), Brunswick.
