MARILYN RUTH STETKA
February 6, 1929 — January 5, 2016
Marilyn Ruth Stetka (nee Slama), age 86, passed away January 5, 2016 after a long illness.
She is survived by her daughters Marilyn (Stephen) Skinner, Janet (Joseph) Yaniga; grandchildren, Robert (Katherine) Skinner, Marjorie (Jesse) Champlin, David (Angela) Yaniga, Katherine (Andy) Jedrzejczyk; great-grandchildren Jonathan and Sarah Yaniga, Maegen, Stephen, and Quincy Skinner.
She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Gilbert and Gladys (nee Senkbeil) Slama; dear husband, Delmar; and daughter, Patricia Ann Stetka.
She was a long-time employee of the May Company in Cleveland. Over the years she was a member of both Brunswick United Methodist Church and Strongsville United Methodist Church. May she rest now in eternal peace and joy in the arms of her Lord.
Friends may join the family for visitation Friday, January 8, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, (1/2 mile south of Route 303) Brunswick, OH 44212. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, January 9, 2016 at 10:00 am also at the funeral home with a visitation one hour prior from 9 to 10 am. Interment will follow at Eastlawn Memory Gardens in Brunswick.
