Marjorie A. Nagy, age 54, passed away March 4, 2017. She was born June 6, 1962 in Medina, Ohio, to George Sr. and Betty (nee Huba) Jay.
Marjorie was a big cat lover, enjoyed crocheting, and crafting. She loved to sing and was a choir member of the St Francis Xavier Catholic Church and a past choir member for St. Ambrose Catholic Church. She was also a past Eucharistic Minister for St. Ambrose Catholic Church.
She is survived by her beloved step-children, Paul Nagy Jr., Christopher (Jessica), Diane Nagy, Dawn Rickard; brother, George Jay Jr. (Patricia); sister, Rose (Donald) Straw; five loving grandchildren; two cherished great grandchildren; and many dear nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Paul; and her parents.
Friends may join the family for visitation Friday, March 10, 2017 from 2 until 4 pm and 6 until 8 pm at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, (1/2 mile south of Route 303) Brunswick, OH 44212. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 10:00 am at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, 929 Pearl Rd, Brunswick, OH 44212. There will be a visitation one hour prior to Mass at 9:00 am (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH). Interment to follow at Eastlawn Memory Gardens in Brunswick.
