MARJORIE MAE NEAL

Marjorie Mae Neal (nee Bush) age 89 of Medina, OH, dedicated wife of William “Bill” for 67 years, loving mother of William “Bill” Neal (Phyllis), Kathy Kuhar (William “Bill”), Wendy Ferrara (Roger Lozinski); doting grandmother of Devin Neal, Travis Neal (Christina), Ryan Kuhar, Jason Bloch (Stephanie); cherished sister of Leonard Bush, William Bush (deceased), Charles Bush (deceased), Herbert Bush (deceased), Alfred Bush (deceased); aunt to many.

Passed away, Tuesday, January 24, 2023. Marjorie’s greatest joy in life were her children and grandchildren whom she loved unconditionally.

She was an honors student in high school and continued her love of learning at the Moody Bible Institute. As a young adult, she was an employee at the first Bob Evans restaurant “The Steak House”, a 12-stool diner in Gallipolis, OH. She enjoyed sharing the story about the time Mr. Evans gave her a ride home. Marjorie was also a switchboard operator where she met her lifelong best friends Bonnie and Mary. She will be remembered for her kind nature, wonderful sense of humor, love of all animals especially her many family pets, and tending to her flower and vegetable gardens.

A private family service will be held at Carlson Funeral Homes in Medina, OH on January 31. Interment Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman, OH. In lieu of flowers, please bless someone with a random act of kindness and/or contributions may be made in her memory to Canine Companions.
