Martha DeSalvatore, age 88, beloved wife of the late David, passed away on January 28, 2016. She was born on January 1, 1928 in Cleveland, Ohio to Armanag and Azadouhi
(nee Kiekorian) Arpajian.
During her working years she was employed as a Clerk; for the City of Garfield Heights, Clerk of Courts. Martha devoted her life to her family, cooking and caring for all their needs. She cherished her family. Her hobbies and enjoyments were; word and picture puzzles, playing cards and reading.
She will be dearly missed by her son Harry “Gino” (Victoria), daughters; Nancy (Gus) Valantasis, Paula Buchanan, and her grandchildren; Jason, Adam (Elyse), Kari (Dwayne), Sam (Emily), Tyler, Nick, Sonya and great-grandson; Colton David.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband in 2010 and brother Harry.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, February 1, 2016 from 10 to 11 AM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road (corner of River Styx & Rt. 18), Medina, Ohio 44256. Mass of Christian Burial at 12 Noon will follow at St. Colette Church, 330 W. 130th, Brunswick, Ohio 44212. Fr. William Krizner will officiate. Burial to follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Cleveland.
