Mary Lou Pischieri, born on December 25, 1926. Mama P, as she was known by many, was a loving and generous woman. Not only did she raise her own nine children, but she opened her heart, home, and especially her kitchen to many more. There was always food for anyone who came over because, of course, you must be hungry. She was strong when she needed to be and uplifting when we were down. Mama P held the family together through injuries, sicknesses, and losses. She loved to sing silly songs when she was tired. She was an example to us all of unconditional love.
For 34 years, Mary Lou was a member of the West Brunswick Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
She loved dogs. Big, small, it didn’t matter. So in lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to the Humane Society or other no kill shelter.
Mary Lou was preceded in death by her parents, brother, and beloved husband, Dr. Joseph V. Pischieri. She is survived by 9 children and spouses, 15 grandchildren and spouses, 17 great grandchildren and spouse, 1 great-great grandchild, and a brother.
