MARY MARGARET SENKAR
January 26, 1926 — May 10, 2015
Mary Margaret Senkar, age 89, resident of Brunswick, passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2015 at the Hospice of Medina County. She was born on January 26, 1926 to Horace and Helen (nee MacDonald) Breon in Cleveland, Ohio. Mary and Robert E. Senkar were married on May 12, 1956.
She was a member of Brunswick VFW Auxiliary, St. Ambrose Church and she was known as “The Seamstress” for Gotta Dance Studio and Tour de Force. Mary and Robert enjoyed being world travelers, which included cruise ship vacations.
She will be dearly missed by her beloved husband, sons; Gary (Cheryl), John (Laura-Deceased), Bob (Cindy), Mike (Pat) and her grandchildren; Lynn, Julie (Aaron), James (Becka), Kathy, John Adam, Genivieve, Katie (Nate), Steven, Drew (Jacque), Joel and Faith, also her great-grandchildren; Laura, Rachel, David, Max, Jacob and Aria, and one brother David (Ruth) Breon.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation for family and friends will be held Friday, May 15, 2015 from 4 to 8 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road (corner of River Styx and Rt. 18), Medina, Ohio. Funeral Service will also be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at 9:30 AM. Burial to follow in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be directed to the Hospice of Medina County, 5075 Windfall Road, Medina, Ohio 44256.
