MARY LOU TWAROG

Mary Lou Twarog (nee Kukulak), age 92, of Brunswick, passed away Thursday, September 13, 2018 at her home.
Mary Lou was born on November 21, 1925 in Fairpoint, Ohio. She was employed as a secretary at various corporate businesses. Mary Lou and her late husband were founding members of St. Ambrose Catholic Parish, also she was a devoted wife and caregiver. Mary Lou enjoyed shopping and watching the Cleveland sports teams.
She is survived by her loving son, John Twarog, Jr.; dear sister, Frances K. (R. Lee) Johnson; and was a loving aunt, great aunt and great-great aunt to many.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, John Twarog, in 2000; parents, John and Antoinetta (nee Landowski) Kukulak; and brother, John A. Kukulak.
Family will receive friends for Mary Lou on Monday, September 17, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in the Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Rd., Brunswick. Visitation will also be held for Mary Lou on Tuesday, September 18, from 8:30–9:30 a.m. in the funeral home, followed by a 10:00 a.m. Mass at St. Ambrose Catholic Parish, 929 Pearl Road, Brunswick. Rev.Fr. Rob Ramser will officiate. Burial will take place at Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville, Ohio, at a later date. (Due to Hurricane Florence, please follow our website.)
