Maureen Corrigan Tesar, 74, of Brunswick, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 15, 2021. She was born May 6, 1947, in Cleveland to the late James and Margaret (nee Keating) Corrigan.
She enjoyed finding and shopping estate and garage sales. Maureen had an exceptional aptitude for growing houseplants. She was compassionate and loving, always going to all her friends wakes or services for fellowship with relatives and friends.
Maureen will be greatly missed by her loving children, James (Gale), Daniel (Kimberly), Tricia (Ryan) Irwin; grandchildren, Ashleigh, Evan, Elizabeth, Victoria, Megan, Emma, and Guy; siblings, Kathleen (Richard) Ontko, Peggy (Jim) Malloy, Joyce (Dave) Biada, and James (Lisa) Corrigan. She was a cherished aunt and great aunt to many, and her many friends and fellow employees.
She was proceeded in death by her husband of 44 years, Edward "Butch" and her parents.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, from 1 pm to 3 pm and 5 pm to 7 pm at Carlson Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Rd (1/2 mile south of route 303), Brunswick. Prayer service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, September 23, 2021, at 9 am. Interment will follow at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at 10:30 am.
