Maybelle V. Metzger (nee Church), age 90, of Brunswick, passed away on November 12, 2018. She was born on August 18, 1928 in Cleveland, OH to Walter and Maybelle (nee Gieuere) Church.
Maybelle enjoyed bingo, gambling, and watching Indians baseball. She also enjoyed gospel music and loved singing.
She will be dearly missed by her children, Tim (Julie), Daniel (Sheila), Darrell (Bonnie), grandchildren, Tim (Lee Ann), Corey (Jen), Jason (Karen), Justin (Lauren), Melissa (Ken), David (Kyle); many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; and her special friend, Diane Bunner.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George; daughter, Gail; brothers, Gerald, Wilbert, Walter; and sister, Charlotte.
Friends may join the family for visitation on Thursday, November 15, 2018 from 6:00PM to 9:00PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, (1/2 mile south of Route 303) Brunswick, OH 44212. A procession to Eastlawn Memory Gardens will start at the funeral home on Friday, November 16, at 10:00 AM.
