MICHAEL GOLOJA

Michael "Pops" Goloja, age 86, of Hinckley, passed away on July 25, 2020. He was born on April 26, 1934 in Cleveland, OH to the late Mike and Eva (nee Wade) Goloja.
Michael was a Navy Veteran, a charter member of the VFW, and an Electrician with Local 38.
He will be dearly missed by his children, Michael John Goloja (Nora Price) and Anne Daberkow (Brian); his grandchildren, Shane Michael Goloja, Carson Taylor Goloja, and Abby Lynn Stevens; his brother, Frank Goloja (Bobbie); and his special friend, Jackie Hunter.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved wife June (nee Redman) Goloja.
Friends may join the family for visitation on Wednesday, July 29, 2020, from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, (1/2 mile south of Route 303) Brunswick, OH 44212, with a VFW service at 6:00 p.m. Interment with military honors will be held at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, on Thursday, July 30, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.
