Michael Leach, 85, of Hinckley, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, October 31, 2020, surrounded by his loving family. He was born December 1, 1934, in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, to Leo and Dorothy (Uhl) Leach.
Michael enjoyed golf, vegetable and floral gardening, and bowling leagues. He was passionate about “his” Steelers and was an avid Cleveland Indians fan. He was employed as a steelworker and retired from LTV Steel. He was a member of the Steelworkers Union and the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #1744 Parma.
Michael will be deeply missed by his loving children, Kathleen (Scott) Sprague, Karen (David) Price, Patricia Zaytzeff (companion Steven Crosier), David (Marilyn) Leach, Laura (Jeffrey) Novak; daughters-in-law, Becky Leach and Darlene Leach; 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; sister, Barb (Gary) Biller, sister-in-law, Cathy Leach; and brothers-in-law, Dave Strunk and Dave Sporrey
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Dora Jean Leach; sons, Michael and Robert; brothers, Ray and Paul; and sisters, Bridget Strunk and Dorothy “Dottie” Sporrey.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Michael on Friday, November 6, 2020, at 9:30 AM at Holy Martyrs Catholic Church, 3100 Old Weymouth Road, Medina, OH 44256. Please meet at the funeral home at 8:30 am for procession to church. Burial will follow at Eastlawn Memory Gardens, 2869 Grafton Road, Brunswick, OH.
