Michael E. Lewis, age 67, of Brunswick Hills, was called home on December 10, 2015 after a valiant battle with Alzheimer's disease. He was surrounded by his family and friends at his residence. He was born on January 10, 1948 in Columbus to the late William and Ruth (nee Riddle) Lewis.
Mike was a Christian man who grew up in Columbus and retired from Ford Motor Company after 32 years. He loved motorcycles, fast cars, and was a large collector of various items. He was always the life of the party and loved to make people laugh. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family and friends.
He will be dearly missed by his beloved wife Christy (nee Gwinn); loving children, Bruce, Melissa, Angela Berry, Michelle (Mike) McCain, Mikey (Stacy), David (Tammy), Jessica (Kevin) Beck, Lyssa Gwinn, Catrina Donnelly, and Miranda Donnelly; sisters, Wendy McKinley and Tracy Caveda; fourteen grandchildren; and his special four-legged companion, Sadie Mae.
