MILAN JOHN MAHDINEC

Milan John Mahdinec “Curly” age 93, resident of Brunswick, passed away at the Hospice of Medina County on Wednesday, April 8, 2015. He was born on November 25, 1921 to Martin and Pauline (nee Berna) Mahdinec in Cleveland, Ohio. Milan and Martha (nee Milsinovic) were married on May 11, 1946. He was a member of the 3rd Order of Poor Clares Monastery. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend.
Milan will be dearly missed by his wife, son Milan (Barbara), grandchildren; Amy, Ellen, Dr. Beth Ann (Erin) Cureton, great-grandchildren; Elizabeth, Joseph, Nicholas, Matthew, Thomas and Michael, brother Rudolph, sister Eleanor and many nieces and nephews. A special mention of nieces; Victoria and Valarie. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings; Joseph, Pauline, Martin, George and John. Mass of Christian Burial at 12 Noon will be held Saturday, April 11, 2015 at St. Francis Xavier Church 606 East Washington St. Medina, Ohio. Fr. Christopher Cox will officiate. (Please meet at the church). Burial to follow in All Saints Cemetery, 480 W. Highland Rd. Northfield, Ohio 44067. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road (corner of River Styx and Rt. 18), Medina, Ohio.
