NANCY F TIERNEY

Nancy F. Tierney, 75, of Medina passed away on Friday, December 29, 2023.   She was born November 21, 1948, in Lakewood, Ohio to the late Andrew and Pauline Oravetz. 

Nancy graduated from Brunswick High School class of 1966.  She coached girls, softball for many years in Medina.  Nancy was a caretaker to many and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed by her family and friends. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her sister, Maryann Hazelton and nephew, Bobby Basen.

Nancy is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Larry Jr. Tierney; daughter, Cheyanne (Tabitha) Tierney and son, Larry III (Amy) Tierney; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, family and friends. 

In honoring Nancy’s wishes she will be cremated and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
