Noah Lee Adkins, 95, of Garrettsville, passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2020. He was born September 24, 1924, in Ethel, West Virginia to Scott and Aquilla (nee Jackson) Adkins.
He was proud to have served his country in the United States Army during WWII serving in France. Lee was also a member for over forty years of The Bristolville Free Will Baptist Church in Bristollville, Ohio where he was a Deacon, Trustee, Sunday school Teacher and Song Leader.
Lee will be greatly missed by his loving wife Betty, with whom he was blessed to share 35 years of marriage; bonus-children, Shelia White, Victoria Haney, Sara Skaggs, Roger Ball; grandchildren, Heather Skaggs, Christy Fincham, Angie Fincham, Joey Skaggs, Nathan Skaggs, Sharon Skaggs, Amanda Kidder, Brent Rader, Breanna Rader, Cody Rader, Amy Whan, Allen Blake II, Zachary McGlone, Brian Ball, Andrea Ball, and Rachael Ball; 21 great grandchildren; and many precious nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife Faye; sister, Dorothy Adkins; brothers James and Dan Adkins; bonus-son Bruce Skaggs; and granddaughter Jessica Riffle.
A private family burial will be held on Friday, April 17, 2020 at Park Cemetery with Reverend George Whitt and Reverend Leroy Dodrill. Arrangements for Lee were entrusted to Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 8382 Center St. Garrettsville, OH 44231.
