Patricia Polz (nee Olexa), age 80, of Brunswick, passed away on March 22, 2018. She was born on December 14, 1937 in Boswell, PA to Joseph and Mary (nee Hudak) Olexa.
Patricia worked at Country Counter and Giant Eagle for over 15 years. She was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Parish. Her loving grandchildren and family were her passion.
She will be dearly missed by her beloved husband of 51 years, Rudy; children, Mary and Rudy; grandchildren, Clay, Mady, Cait and Jack; and is survived by one brother. She was preceded in death by her parents and other brothers and sisters.
Friends may join the family for visitation on Sunday, March 25, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 1642 Pearl Road, (1/2 mile south of Route 303) Brunswick, OH 44212.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, March 26, 2018 at 10:00 AM at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, 929 Pearl Rd, Brunswick, OH 44212. There will be a visitation one hour prior to Mass at 9:00 AM (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH). Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Valley City.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patricia’s name to St. Ambrose building fund.
