Patricia J. Carolin (nee Stewart), 79, of Medina, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, October 24, 2021. She was born May 23,1942, in Cleveland.
Patricia will be deeply missed by her children, Michelle (Randy), Charlie (Michelle), Michael, and Carla (Brennan); grandchildren, Michael, Adam, Alec, Kaitlyn, Lauren, Mackenzie, Caleb, CJ, Griffin, and Madison; siblings, Joe (Carol) and Jeffrey; and in-laws; Michael (Joan) Carolin, Patricia (Burt) Bork.
In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her loving husband of 31 years, Robert.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, from 3 to 7 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road (corner of Rte 18 & River Styx Rd.), Medina, Ohio 44256. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at 1:00 PM at St. Francis Xavier Church 606 East Washington St., Medina, Ohio (Please meet at the church). Inurnment of cremains will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery next to her husband, at a later date. MASKS ARE REQUIRED AT ALL SERVICES.
