PAULA K. KARTHAN

Paula K. Karthan (nee Rock), age 85, of Brunswick, passed away on Sunday, June 6, 2021. She was born on October 22, 1935 in Germany, to the late Alois and Emma Rock (nee Dobler).

She worked for 32 years as school guard in Brooklyn. Along with her work, she enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening, traveling and nature walks. She also was a longtime member of S.T.V. Bavaria, singing for years in their choir.

Paula will be dearly missed by her beloved husband of 62 years, Bernhard Karthan; her loving sons, Roland (Linda) Karthan, Bernie (Heidi) Karthan, and Steve (Sandy) Karthan; her dear grandchildren, Matthew, Monika, Erich, Alex, Paul, Jessica, Jeremy; and her great grandson, Liam.

Friends may join the family for a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Ambrose Church, 929 Pearl Rd., Brunswick, OH 44212 on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at 10:00 am.
