RAYMOND H. NAGEL
January 22, 1932 — January 20, 2020
Raymond H. Nagel, age 87, of Medina, passed away peacefully on January 20, 2020, surrounded by family. Ray was born on January 22, 1932 in Cleveland to the late Nicholas and Valerie Nagel.
Ray attended Benedictine and St. Boniface Schools, as well as Fenn College. Ray was a resident of Medina for 47 years and owned Interstate Systems, Inc., a successful home improvement company. Ray and his beloved wife of 63 years, Nancy, enjoyed golf, music, landscaping and traveling together. He was an avid Cleveland Browns and Indians fan. Ray truly loved life and lived it to its fullest.
Ray’s greatest joy was his family. In addition to his wife Nancy, he will be missed by his children, David (Janene), Paul (Maria), Lisa (Emily) and Raymond (Charlene); his grandchildren, Jessica, Matt, Amanda, Leah, Emma, Valerie, Lucy, Nick and John; and six great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brother Richard F. Nagel.

Friends may join the family for a memorial visitation on Friday, January 24, 2020, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Carlson Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3477 Medina Road, Medina, OH 44256. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Raymond on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at 11:00 AM at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 606 East Washington St., Medina, OH (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH).
Donations may be made in Raymond’s name to Our Lady of Victory Homes of Charity, 780 Ridge Road, Lackawanna, NY 14218-9902
