Regina Marie Placek, 51, of Garrettsville, passed away surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 24, 1966 in Ravenna, Ohio to Ralph and Mary Lee (Hickman) Lewis.
She loved reading, dancing and singing. Regina read her bible daily! She cherished spending time with her beloved family and friends.
Regina is survived by her son, Adam (Jackie McLean) Lewis; siblings, Ralph K Lewis of Ravenna, Jerry Lewis of Parkman, Joe Lewis of Parkman, Mary Beth (Robert) Booth of Garrettsville, Christine (Larry) Brown of Garrettsville and Brian (Michele) Lewis of Windham and grandchildren, Luke and Gabriella.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 5, 2017 from 2-5 PM at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, Ohio. Funeral Service to follow at 5 PM at the funeral home with Pastor Chad Froelich officiating. Graveside services to be held on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 1 PM at Windham Township Cemetery.
