RICHARD ALLEN BARNES

Richard "Rick" Barnes, 63, of Warren passed away on Friday, June 5, 2020, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. He was born August 12th, 1956 in Tulare, California one of 13 children to Ray and Elly (Rice) Barnes.

He loved to spend time with his family and friends, hosting a 4th of July party for several years, hot dogs, rock n roll, and cold Busch beer.

Rick will be deeply missed by his loving wife Linda (Cottrill) whom he married Feb. 9th, 2007, son Richard (Melinda) Barnes of Windham and daughter Angela (John) Wade of Warren, step-daughters Jessica, Cheryl and Jennelle Shipman, grandchildren Autumn, Zachary, Michael and Malisa Barnes, Cody and Matthew Marksberry and A. J. Shipman, six sisters, Sylvia Barker, Cynthia Simpson, Marlene Wilson, Teresa Duncan, Mary Barnes, and Tina Kelson and four brothers, William, Jeffrey, James,and Mark Barnes.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers Ray and John Arthur Barnes.

Please join the family for a visitation for Rick on Friday, June 12, 2020, from 11:00 am to 1:00 PM with a Funeral Service immediately following at Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 8382 Center St. Garrettsville, OH 44231. Social Distancing Guidelines will be followed. Burial will follow at Windham Township Cemetery.
