Richard Pompay, 88, of Medina, passed away on February 14, 2023.
He was born on February 12, 1935 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late John and Juel (nee Ronsco) Pompay.
Dick loved collecting vintage toys, reading, playing cards, and cars. He was a member of USMC, and served in the Marine Reserves after 2 years of service. Dick was just a compassionate, loving, good ole boy from Cleveland who dearly loved his wife and family.
He is survived by Daughters, Becky (Dave) Miles of Montville, Ohio, and Sandy (Carlos) Pompay-Ricardo of Columbus, Ohio; grandchildren Jared Ricardo, Kaleigh Wagner, Emmy Wagner, and brother John (Judy) Pompay.
Dick was preceded in death by his loving wife of 50 years, Yolanda (nee Buffa) Pompay, daughter Kim (Joe) Hollo, and sister Cynthia Barron.
